Credent Connect N Care Limited is an integrated healthcare services and logistics provider offering technology-enabled operational, workforce and supply chain solutions to healthcare institutions across India. The company primarily operates on a B2B model, serving diagnostic laboratories, IVD companies, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare enterprises The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of healthcare services, including home sample collection through trained phlebotomists, stationed phlebotomy and laboratory manpower services, diagnostic and paramedical services, healthcare logistics, operations and supply chain management, corporate wellness programs and technology-enabled courier aggregation through its C3 Post platform. Its logistics solutions support the movement of diagnostic samples, medical supplies, reagents and other healthcare consignments through temperature-controlled and time-sensitive transportation, including cold-chain logistics. Credent Connect N Care operates through a pan-India network, supported by warehouses, branch offices, commercial vehicles, field personnel and technology platforms for tracking, workforce management and operational coordination. The company also operates its corporate wellness vertical under the “C3 Wellness” brand, providing health camps, vaccination programs, preventive health check-ups, radiology and diagnostic services, and on-ground healthcare manpower. As of March 31, 2026, the Company had a workforce of 6,338 employees, comprising 4,052 payroll and 2,286 contractual employees across various functions. The company has expanded its capabilities through strategic acquisitions, including Credent Healthcare Private Limited, Credent Team Private Limited and Alltrak Technologies Private Limited. Its operations are supported by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 15189:2022 certifications, while its experienced promoter-led management team brings expertise in healthcare logistics and operations.
