About Dove Soft
Dove Soft was incorporated in August 2011 and became a public limited company in September 2022. It supplies cloud communication services to businesses, covering SMS, RCS, voice, WhatsApp and email on a single platform. Typical uses are enterprise messaging and one-time password delivery, automated IVR and outbound calling, email campaigns, and WhatsApp Business API notifications. Customers include enterprises and OTT platforms across telecom, IT, travel, media, advertising, retail, real estate, healthcare, BFSI, automotive, e-commerce and food and beverages. Revenue is transactional, earned on the volume of messages and calls routed.
Company Information
Strengths (from RHP)
- Several channels are offered from one platform, so a customer adding WhatsApp or RCS does not need a second vendor.
- The platform is cloud based, so additional message volume does not require matching investment in hardware.
- The promoter and management team have worked in enterprise messaging for over a decade.
Key risks (from RHP)
- Message delivery depends on channel partners and mobile network operators whose terms and pricing the company does not set.
- An outage or security incident on the platform would directly interrupt customer communications.
- Matters disclosed about the promoter group in the offer document carry reputational risk.
