Business Model B2C – Education OTT & Offline Learning Klassroom operates a subscription-based Education OTT platform offering academic, competitive exam, and skill-development courses. Pricing is affordable at ₹1,250 per year (basic) and ₹3,000 per year (enterprise). Additionally, 30 partner centres in Mumbai provide offline coaching for Classes 8–12, JEE, NEET, CA, and skill development programs, with annual fees ranging between ₹25,000–₹45,000. Skill Development & Employability Programs The Company offers vocational and emerging technology courses including AI, machine learning, data science, coding, and entrepreneurship. B2B2C, B2B & B2G Institutional Partnerships Klassroom collaborates with state governments, private institutions, universities, and corporations to deliver large-scale academic and skilling programs. Services include digital content deployment, teacher training, AI-ML labs, hybrid learning models, internship modules, and AI-powered performance evaluation systems. The company operates a proprietary AI-powered Education OTT platform offering live and recorded learning through Klassroom Konnect, serving millions of learners with over 100,000 app downloads. Fusion Klassroom Edutech Ltd aims to expand its presence through technology-driven education solutions. Its growth depends on student enrollments, faculty strength, course quality, and increasing demand for professional certification programs. As of July 22, 26, the company had a total workforce of 26 personnel. Klassroom Edutech today operates a scalable, hybrid learning ecosystem comprising 30 offline partner centres, an AI-powered Education OTT App featuring 100+ courses, and a nationwide footprint of over 400K+ registered users with 1 lakh+ subscribers and 1 lakh+ mobile app downloads.
