- Open the Bigshare public issue page.
- Select the IPO name from the company dropdown.
- Choose how you want to identify yourself — PAN, application number or DP client ID.
- Enter the value, complete the captcha and submit.

A note on safety. A registrar only ever asks for your PAN, application number or DP ID. No genuine allotment page asks for your bank password, UPI PIN, OTP or demat PIN.
Frequently asked questions
How do I check my IPO allotment status on Bigshare Services?
Open the Bigshare Services public issue page, choose the IPO from the company dropdown, then identify yourself with your PAN, application number or DP client ID and submit. The result shows the number of shares allotted against your application, or zero if you were not allotted any.
Which IPOs does Bigshare Services handle?
We track 47 public issues registered by Bigshare Services, most recently Green Asia Impex Limited. The full list is on this page.
When does Bigshare Services publish allotment status?
The registrar publishes the basis of allotment on the allotment date in the issue timetable, usually one to two working days after the issue closes. Status is normally searchable the same evening, and the refund or unblocking of ASBA funds follows the next working day.
What do I need to check allotment status?
Any one of three things: your PAN, the application number printed on your bid acknowledgement, or your DP client ID. You do not need to log in, and no registrar asks for your bank password, OTP or demat PIN to show an allotment result.
What does a zero allotment mean?
It means no shares were allotted against your application, which happens when an issue is oversubscribed and retail allotment goes to a lottery. The amount blocked in your bank account is released within one to two working days; you do not need to apply for a refund.
