Incorporated in March 2024 as Panchatv Bharat Private Limited, Panchatv Bharat Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of unstitched denim fabrics under its own brand &lsquo;NJD&rsquo;, primarily catering to garment manufacturers, distributors, dealers and wholesalers across India. Its denim fabrics are offered in various textures, finishes and shades based on customer requirements and are distributed across key markets including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan.

The Company follows a hybrid manufacturing model, combining manufacturing arrangements with third-party manufacturers and self-manufacturing through leased loom machinery. Its third-party manufacturing partners are located at Narol and Piplaj, Ahmedabad, while commercial operations from the Company's leased loom machinery commenced in July 2025. The manufacturing process involves procurement of cotton yarn or greige fabric, followed by weaving, dyeing, finishing, quality inspection and packing, as applicable.

The Company's existing product portfolio comprises denim fabrics, while it also has the capability to supply unstitched suiting and shirting fabrics on a made-to-order basis. However, sales to date have been focused exclusively on denim fabrics, in line with prevailing customer demand.

As of July 1, 2026, the Company had 9 employees, comprising top management and KMPs, production and managerial personnel, accounts, sales and marketing staff, and support personnel.
