About SRIT India

Headquartered in Bengaluru and incorporated over twenty-six years ago, SRIT India provides information technology and IT-enabled services, specialising in digital transformation, systems automation, bespoke application development and systems integration. It serves government organisations and enterprise clients in India and selected international markets. Work is organised across three verticals: healthcare, electronic governance, and telecommunications and broadband. The company conceptualises, deploys, maintains and manages digital platforms, typically on multi-year engagements where it stays involved in operations after delivery rather than handing a system over at go-live.

Company Information

Strengths (from RHP)

  • The company builds, deploys and then operates the platforms it delivers, which extends engagements beyond implementation.
  • Its order book spans three distinct verticals rather than one.
  • It works across several Indian states and some overseas markets.

Key risks (from RHP)

  • New work is won through competitive bidding, which affects both certainty and pricing.
  • Government tenders account for a high share of revenue, so public procurement cycles drive the business.
  • A small number of customers represent a large part of revenue.
