The company develop the products through in-house research and development and engineering. Their teams handle mechanical, electrical and control design for plasma cutting machines, welding equipment and automation systems, which helps them retain design knowhow within the Company and maintain confidentiality.

The company have two manufacturing facilities located at Vasai, both are situated within the Gaodevi Industrial Estate. The first unit was established at Gala No. 6,7,8 & 1st floor 106,107,108, Gaodevi Industrial Estate, Sativali, Vasai (E) (Unit-I) and the second unit was added in Gala No. 105, First floor, Nirav No. 2, Gaodevi Industrial Estate, Sativali, Vasai (E) (Unit-II).

As of June 30, 2026, they had an employee base of 40 employees.
